Our project management procedure consists of 4 stages

• analyze : we research the target market of the of the particular project and define its social characteristics (age, level of education, location, interests). We also analyze the identity of our customer and the image that he/she wishes to transmit through the multimedia production. We define the elements to be used in the application and evaluate whether to use in-house or use external resources to develop them.
• design: we develop the design concept and present screen shots of the application to our customer for approval. We conceptualize the structure and information architecture of the application; this is an essential tool for achieving an effective product, easy to overview and to retrieve information from. We also make in-house testing of the design to assure that the user interface is understandable by the final user. For bigger projects we use external people for testing.
• development: we produce the application according to the specifications and design decisions taken in the two previous phases. Testing is done throughout all development phases. Customers can view the development of the project by accessing a password-protected page on the internet.
• implementation: once the application is completely approved by our customer, it is ready for use.
